Leaders
Dave and Sue White have been married for 43 years and have three grown up children and currently 6 grandchildren. They had been part of New Life Church in Biggin Hill since before they were married and in 2009 Dave became one of the full time leaders there.
Sue was a school teacher in Croydon before retiring to help serve the church with Dave.
Previously they had spent 10 years living and working in China - teaching English and doing mission and church work.
Then they lived for 5 years in Tajikistan as part of a church planting team with an aid and development NGO running food kitchens, helping young people get skills and being part of the local community.
In April 2015 they moved to Edenbridge to start Grace Community Church. Dave was appointed as Lead Elder of the church in July 2019.
Peter and Julia Mizen have both been Christians since their mid-thirties and lived and went to church in Biggin Hill for 28 years, before joining Dave and Sue in Edenbridge.
They both have a background in Geophysics and teaching Science and Maths. Peter is currently working part time for a local care company and Julia supports the church with administrative tasks and the foodbank.
They have one daughter who lives in Cambridge.
They have been pleased to be able to serve the church and see it grow and develop over the years.
Pete will be appointed as an Elder of the church in April 2024.
